Directs the daily operations of integration PMO and interfaces with the other internal and external PMOs <br/>

Defines integration project implementation thoroughly, including scope, objectives, work plans, milestones, resource requirements and deliverables <br/>

Manages the risk and mitigation process for the entire integration project <br/>
