Initiates written follow-up communication for each encounter using computer notes and referral authorization. Responds to consumer requests for physician referral and/or health information. Exhibits a workable knowledge of teaching protocol in health care and preventive pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric populations. Maintains current knowledge base, including triage skills, and appropriate teaching principles for all age groups. Attends CPR review and a minimum of 3 job related in-services per year.
