Eligible licensure includes Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Independent Social Work Supervisor (LISW-S). Requires critical thinking to use appropriate NASW Code of Ethics practices and complete assessments incorporating relevant biomedical, psychosocial and spiritual factors. Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills required. Demonstrates patience, tact, critical thinking, problem solving, and deductive reasoning skills. Dependable, self directed and motivated self starter. Possess excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills in interactions with patients, families, physicians and healthcare team colleagues, both verbally and in writing. Demonstrates commitment to the process and the Behavioral Expectations in all interactions and in performing all duties.
