Achieves significant individual fundraising goals. Meets monthly and yearly metrics with respect to prospect and donor visits, solicitations and dollars raised. Mentors proposal writers as directed by the Senior Director or the Associate Chairman. Management of the stewardship sytem for all grants received. Assists with grant progress reports to communicate with donors concerning the use of their gifts. Other duties as assigned.<br/><br/>Education: Bachelor's Degree required.<br/><br/>Experience: Minimum five years experience in fundraising, with an emphasis on direct major gift solicitation in a campaign environment. Demonstrated success and experience in foundation fund raising strategies for cultivation and direct solicitation. Experience in related field may offset total years experience.<br/><br/>Licensure/Certification/Registration: None<br/><br/>Physical Requirements: Dexterity sufficient to produce materials on a PC, normal or corrected vision to normal range, ability to clearly communicate verbally by phone and in person. Master&#8217;s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Healthcare Administration or related fields is preferred<br/>
