Summary: Contributes to quality of patient experience by planning, directing, and reporting on all facets of parking operation.

Job Responsibilities: Direct effective self-park, valet, and special event parking operations to ensure safe, timely, courteous and cost effective parking of patients, visitors and employees on the Cleveland Clinic campus and other off-site locations. Recruit, retain, and train a workforce who achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. Manages budgets and contract management with outsourced provider. Uses data metrics to make effective decisions for improvement. Other duties as assigned.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.

Experience: Minimum six years experience in a general business setting with progressive responsibilities, including a minimum of three years experience in a large parking system or related area.

Licensure/Certification/Registration: None.

Physical Requirements: Typical physical demands include a high degree of dexterity to produce materials on a PC, normal or corrected vision, extensive sitting and frequent walking inside and outside in all types of weather conditions. Occasional lifting or carrying five to fifteen pounds.
