APN - Nurse Practitioner - Jefferson Clinic

Location: Ashtabula County Medical Center
The ideal candidate will see patients in the Jefferson office 5 days per week during normal business hours and on-call one (1) day every six (6) weeks. Candidate will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care appropriate to the age of patients served by demonstrative knowledge of principles of growth and development over the life span.
Education/Licensure/Certifications:
•Graduate of Accredited School offering a Nurse Practitioner Training Program •Unrestricted license to practice in the State Of Ohio•PALS, ACLS or CPR may be required
