Summary: Conducts patient profiling, path analysis, marketing ROI tracking, segmentation, predictive modeling, marketing mix modeling and other in-depth marketing analytics. Analyzes and reports the effectiveness of marketing efforts through digital and direct marketing channels. Identifies opportunities to improve marketing ROI and make recommendations to enhance these efforts. Requires ongoing communication with clients in order to align measurable business objectives with various marketing efforts. Develops reports, tracks progress and trends, provides recommendations, and effectively communicates to clients and other team members and supervisors.

Job Responsibilities: Determines how analytics can inform the evolution of the Web site, mobile media, and social media to allow the organization to capitalize on better interactions with its current and potential customers. Develops strategies for incorporating and aligning existing CRM, direct marketing, etc. activities into the evolving online experience. Derives trends from data to further define/revise these strategies. Provides individual service line statistical reporting and executive reporting. Develops ROI reports and analyses for service line marketing areas, including working with support departments such as Finance to quantify dollar returns on marketing investment. Manages analytics and reporting associated with advertising campaigns, organic SEO efforts, paid search, combined Web/800# campaigns, mobile and social media, etc. Installs and maintains analytic program(s). Updates existing analytics software as necessary. Identifies analytics program technical issues and manages resolution. Determines necessary reporting data to drive / improve customer experience with marketing media. Other duties as assigned.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. Master's degree in similar fields preferred.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of quantitative/statistical/financial analytics experience with proven success. Strong experience in being able to communicate measurable ROI marketing activities using sophisticated analytics tools and developing presentations. Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint is required. Preferred experience in Data Warehousing or Relational Databases like MS SQL Server or Oracle. Analytical experience in SAS Base and SAS Macro, including data import/export, data formatting, data step, report plot, linear regression, SQL, and Macro coding. Experience in techniques used for predictive modeling, segmentation, forecasting and other in-depth data analyses. Experience with implementation, setup, maintenance and analysis of sophisticated CRM and popular Web analytic programs such as Webtrends, Google Analytics, Clicktracks, etc required. Prefer experience with clickstream tools such as Exact Target and Clearsaleing, and competitive analysis tools such as Hitwise and Compete.com, as well as customer feedback tools such as Foresee. Strong background in quantitative and ROI analysis with demonstrable success and outstanding client communication and presentation skills. Detail oriented with strong organizational, problem solving and decision making abilities. Demonstrated ability to work as a team player; to develop alternative solutions to complex problems, by thinking outside the box, encouraging group consensus and recommending the best solution. Project implementation experience that drive insights to business results.

Physical Requirements: Typical physical demands include a high degree of dexterity to produce materials on a PC, normal or corrected vision, extensive sitting and frequent walking, occasional lifting or carrying 5 to 15 pounds.
