Summary: Develops large scale departmental projects. Manages implementation and maintenance of projects and process improvement initiatives. Coordinates departmental and interdepartmental resources, develops project plans and process flows.

Job Responsibilities: Develops, implements and coordinates of resources to complete large scale complex projects and process improvement initiatives. Designs process flows to support project scope. Develops, coordinates and implements project work plans. Prepares regular progress reports and distributes information. Collects and organizes project data results; analyzes results, interprets control charts and produces reports that evaluate results. Makes innovative recommendations to improve results. Facilitates meetings with multifunctional project representatives. Adheres to timelines and organizational expectations. Anticipates team conflicts and proactively resolves conflicts to improve organizational results. Partners with IT personnel to identify, evaluate and implement system enhancements designed to support project requirements. Performs other duties as assigned.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business required or other relevant field degree. Master's Degree preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of Performance Improvement principles and data management techniques.

Experience: Six years of progressively responsible project management. Supervisory experience in a large health care setting preferred. Strong communication, problem resolution and computer skills required.

Licensure/Certification/Registration: None

Physical Requirements: Manual dexterity to operate office equipment. Requires frequent sitting, standing and the ability to walk to attend meetings. Must have normal or corrected vision and be able to clearly communicate verbally by phone or in person. Must have own transportation to travel to multiple sites.
