Summary: Lead implementation and sustainment of Business Management tools and methodologies at frontline, middle management and senior management levels, including: Frontline visual management tools, Business Planning, Business Reviews, Solutions Sharing, and My Two Cents (Ideas Program). Job Responsibilities: Teach and train others in the use of Business Management tools. Coach and advise middle management or senior level sponsors to improve their knowledge and capability in tools to drive impacts in their business. Provide virtual support expertise to embedded resources responsible for implementation of integrated CI model in Institutes/Hospitals. Benchmark other programs and business management tools (internally and externally) to help develop next generation of BMP services. Lead development and implementation of infrastructure needs for the department and for CI services in partnership with other CI groups. Other duties as assigned.
Education: BA/BS required, MA/MS Preferred.
Experience: Eight (8) yrs related business experience and 5 year in CI, PI or PM. Proficiency in problem solving, project mgmt and business mgmt. practices. Ability to teach BMP tools to others. Experience partnering with middle to upper level mgmt. Proven experience as mentor, coach, and trainer of others in the BMP team. Strategic planning experience preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: PMP, Green Belt required or related work experience
Physical Requirements: Typical physical demands include a high degree of dexterity to produce materials on a PC, normal or corrected vision, extensive sitting and frequent walking, occasional lifting or carrying of 5-15 pounds.
