Summary:
Completes routine support and designated project assignments. Provides input to develop solutions. Assists with project documentation; operational and business objectives, best technology capabilities, task level resource requirements, task plans and general communications.
Job Responsibilities:
* Completes ITD projects and ongoing application support.
* Assists with scope and task plan development; provides input to resource requirement development.
* Supports development of information system requirements.
* Develops process flow charts and reports on project status.
* Other duties as assigned.
Education:
Associate's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science related field with three years information technology experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science related field with one years information technology experience OR Bachelor's Degree in a non-Computer Science related field and three years information technology experience. OR five years recent applicable technical experience in the desired technology. Appropriate industry credentials may be required.
Experience:
Minimum of three years information systems experience. Additional experience may offset degree requirement.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Developing and programming new applications as well as modifying existing applications, including the testing, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and documentation of application code. Provide routine production support
* Assist with requirements and design analysis and documentation.
* Programming experience to include: C# .NET, Visual Basic .NET
* SQL server database experience a plus.
Physical Requirements
: High degree of dexterity to produce materials on a computer. Requires normal or corrected vision, hearing and speech, mobility sufficient to attend meetings. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. The position must be available after hours for support by pager and computer dial-in.
