Job Details:
JOB SUMMARY: Provides routine support and designated project assignments. Assists with ongoing assignments and provides input to solution development efforts. Participates with development of project documentation including; operational and business objectives, best technology capabilities, task level resource requirements, task plans and general communications.
Job Responsibilities: Responsible for ITD projects and ongoing application support. Assists with scope and task plan development, including input to resource requirement development. Supports development of information system requirements. Develops flow charts of processes and reports on project status. Other duties as assigned.
Developing and programming new and modifying application programs/code. Testing and documentation of application code. Troubleshooting and Critical problem resolution. Programming experience to include Cobol, Javascript and any scripting language based on a UNIX type system.
Education: Associate's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science related field with three years information
technology experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science related field with
one year information technology experience OR Bachelor's Degree in a non-Computer Science related field
and three years information technology experience OR five years recent applicable technical experience in
the desired technology. Appropriate industry credentials may be required
Licensure/Certification/Registration: None
Complexity of Work: Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal
supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
Personal Protective Equipment: Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
Required Experience:Minimum of one year information systems experience. Additional experience may offset degree requirement.
