GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Administrative Patient Care Coordinator is an RN who has the responsibility and authority for the direction of quality patient care and administrative decisions for all Nursing Divisions as directed by the Administrative Director of Nursing, Chief Nurse Executive, Nurse Directors, and Clinical Managers. This position encompasses multiple responsibilities and works collaboratively with all members of the health care team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
*
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
*
Demonstrate clinical excellence.
*
Computer skills preferred.
*
Advanced cardiac arrhythmia skills.
Required Length or Type of Experience
*
Minimum of three years of experience in an acute care setting.
*
One year management experience preferred.
Required Licensure or Certified Registry
*
BCLS and ACLS Certifications required.
*
Licensed and current registration as professional nurse in the State of Ohio.
*
BSN preferred.
