GENERAL SUMMARY:
Under the direct supervision of the HMC Director & Hospital Team Leader or Outpatient Team Leader depending on location of daily assignment, plans, administers and oversees physical therapy programs to relieve pain, restore or enhance function and prevent disability following disease or injury. Maintains standards of care as set by the American Physical Therapy Association regarding procedures and professional ethics. Supervises PTA'S, ATC'S, Rehab Aides, Secretarial support, Students, Volunteers and designates duties to the Team in accordance with State of Ohio guidelines.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Graduate of an approved school of physical therapy.
*
Ability to cover Peak –OR- Hospital Saturday –Sunday schedule as referral trends mandate and as assigned.
*
Basic computer skills preferred.
*
Strong interpersonal skills preferred.
*
Required Length or Type of Experience
*
Prefer 2 years clinical or experience
Required Licensure or Certified Registry
*
Current license in the State of Ohio.
*
Current CPR certification
