- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Valid OH Driver's License
- 1 year clinical experience required
- 1-2 years home care experience required
Summary: Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.Implements and monitors patient care plans. Provides supervision to LPNs, home care aides and family/caregivers involved in the care of the patient. Job Responsibilities: Performs accurate and complete admission assessments/reassessments within specified time frame. Assesses patient for safety risks, abuse and neglect. Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Assesses and documents patients' pain using appropriate pain scale and manages patients' pain Prioritizes and documents patient problems based on assessed needs/problems in collaboration with patient, family and health care team. Other duties as assigned. Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing. Experience: Minimum one year clinical experience as a registered nurse in an acute medical-surgical setting; infusion therapy experience preferred. Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current state licensure as a RN, CPR Certification, Valid Ohio Driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance with $100,000/$300,000 coverage. Physical Requirements: Heavy Work - Exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of forcefrequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for Medium Work.
