JOB SUMMARY
Key Supply Chain resource for development of operations analyses and projects. Responsible for building and maintaining financial models to assess strategic projects that focus on improving efficiency and monitoring budget impact.
Job Responsibilities
Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual summary and detailed reports of operational performance, revenue,
and expense information tied to Supply Chain initiatives. Provides information monthly and as needed to chair/director.
Manages financial and operational integration of new initiatives, and development of new business lines within existing facilities. Responsible for building financial tools that enable monitoring of supply costs to help supply chain identify opportunities for savings. In addition, provides leadership for implementation and monitoring of reporting for inventory systems.
Other duties as assigned.
Education:
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration or other related field of study. A
Bachelor's Degree and an additional two years experience may substitute for the Master's Degree
Complexity of Work:
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be
able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Protective Equipment:
Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
Required Experience
Minimum three years progressively responsible experience in healthcare finance or project management, with
significant experience in budgeting, financial analysis, reporting with multi-disciplinary organizational and
operational structure and large hospital/physician provider organization and healthcare consulting.
Preferred Technical skills: SQL, SAP, reporting, data analytics, .net, dashboard enhancement, VBA, Access, data management.
